You must be a registered student before you are allowed to apply for the ISC student pass.

How may I apply for my student pass?
You must be a registered student before you are allowed to apply for the ISC student pass.
When may I apply for my student pass?
You are able to apply after student registration (with at least 30 days available in your temporary visit pass or student pass).

Cost would depend on your nationality (please refer to the ISC).

How long does it take for the approval of application for student pass?
It takes approximately 60 working days after passport submission to the ISC.
Am I allowed to bring my family and obtain independent passes for them?
Yes, you allowed are to do so.
How may I apply for dependent pass?
Please refer application checklist available at the ISC.
What is the duration of application for dependent visa?
It takes approximately 60 working days after passport submission.
May I obtain my passport earlier than the specified date of collection?
It may be considered and any urgent application must be supported with a recommendation letter from respective person in authority. Only program of study related purposes or medical reasons will be considered.
How may I apply for visa cancellation?
Any student or dependent who wishes to apply for cancellation of visa must refer to the immigration document requirements available at the ISC.
How long does it take for the process of visa cancellation?
The process takes approximately 14 working days after the submission of passport.

What must be done if I have made a new passport?
You must apply for a visa endorsement to transfer the current visa sticker to your new passport. Please refer to the ISC for documents required for this application.
How long does it take for a visa endorsement?
It takes approximately 30 working days after the submission of passport.

What is the cost for any cancellation or endorsement process?
Both processes cost RM20 per passport.

What is the cost for dependent pass?
Cost depends on the availability of single entry of visa obtained from the Malaysian Embassy at your country. Any application without single entry visa will be charged RM650 per passport.
